Progress Update March 2019 - One Bedroom Units well underway

February/March have been busy with the start of Phase III One Bedroom Condos and the finishing of common elements. The Clubroom is well underway and is looking great with the new look.

The stone on the north side of One Bedrooms has started. Shingling should be completed in the next day or so.

The One Bedroom units will be completed in the coming weeks. A show suite will be opened to the public in late April or May.

These beautiful condos are the perfect size (800 sq ft) for a single person or couple and are well equipped with several features. Each unit comes with 5 appliances (SS Fridge, Stove, OTR Microwave, stackable W & D) and an optional dishwasher (no extra charge); a large storage/laundry room, entrance & linen closet, 8' island with roll out drawers. The south facing windows in both kitchen/dining and bedroom offer tons of natural light. A 3' garden door leads out to a south facing private deck. Both the entrance door and garden door come with built in blinds. Each until will be assigned a heated storage unit.
