AMENITIES & GREENSPACE

Owners enjoy an abundance of green space with an endless view of nature, including well matured trees, open fields, morning sunrises and evening sunsets.


Common amenities encourage owners to build a community of their own, whether it be sitting around the firepit in the Central Courtyard or joining the neighbors for a game of cards in the Club House. A Guest Suite allows for overnight visitors when their own space just isn't enough.

The courtyard is landscaped with plenty of shrubs and fruit trees.

CLUBHOUSE: A common room equipped with full kitchen & large lounging area where neighbors can socialize,  watch your favorite sports team on the big screen TV, host a family gathering or attend an evening activity.  

​

COURTYARD: A central courtyard, on the riverside, equipped with a gazeboo, firepit and large stone patio on the river  - play some crib with the neighbhour or a where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings while visiting with family or your neighbors.

​

COMMUNITY GARDEN: Not ready to give up gardening? A space will be designated.

​​

​

HOBBY SHOP: A heated room (private - 4th stall of garage) where the owners can spend some time tinkering, building, visiting.

 

GUEST SUITE: A suite that can be booked for your guest overflow when your condo is just not big enough.

​

EXERCISE ROOM: A exercise room, located next to the guest suite, will be equipped with a wall mounted TV and bathroom.

​

PRIVACY: Privacy fences, front and back to help define your yard. Optional gates.

​

PETS: Pets are welcome.

​

OPTIONAL: Hot Tub pads for your hot tub,
