4 Week Piyo Class

PiYo is a mix of pilates, which focuses on muscle and core building, and yoga, which focuses on strength and flexibility. This total-body workout is designed to strengthen small muscles(triceps, shoulders, biceps, calves) and large muscles( hamstrings, back, chest).

About the Event

 4 Week Piyo Class  with FREE INTRO

  • Start November 25th ends Monday, December 9th (4 sessions)
  • Monday’s at 12:00 noon and or 9 a.m.
  • Cost $24 (4 sessions)
  • Class is 45 mins long. 
  • Max 8 in the class 
  • Bring your own Yoga Mat if you have.
  • All fitness levels welcomed.
