LEASE TO OWN
The LEASE TO OWN is open to any units are Move In Ready. A $5000 deposit is required. The purchaser will receive a 25% rebate on all rent paid. Balance on purchase is due in 12 months. Balance due is purchase price, less deposit, less 25% rebate.
Units #9, 10 & #11 are One Bedroom/1 Bath Units that are now complete and move in ready. Unit #12 will be completed this fall.
Unit #3 is a Two Bedroom/1 Bath that is also move in ready.
DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN
The DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN is open to the units that are partially finished and ready for customization. A 10% on purchase price is required as a deposit. The purchaser will receive a 25% rebate on all rent paid. Balance on purchase is due in 12 months. Balance due is purchase price, less deposit, less 25% rebate.
REDUCED DEPOSITS ON REGULAR PURCHASE
A REDUCED DEPOSIT starting at $25,000 applies to a regular condominium purchase. for the partially finished units. These funds will go towards finishing the unit. The deposit is due at the time of purchase with balance due upon closing.
